Poor Service

Good Day I was at Pep store in Rustenburg Safari Gardens on Saturday 4th November at 08:45 am. We were busy buying a present walked around in store when cashier approached us and say sorry they cant help us they are offline. I asked her cant they write down to help us still then she rep**** No. She was very ruid and started to talk in her lanuage to her collegue. Why do they keep doors open if they cant assit. Very bas sercice if they were helpful they could have made a plan still to help customers.
