poor service

on monday the 15 October i purchased things at pep store clothing in President Hyper Square in the Vaal, i used a card and the cashier indicated that the card declined she swiped again and when i check on my double transaction of R494.89. and they indicated ill be refunded after 24 hours up to date i haven't received my money back.
