POOR SERVICE

My mother in law (pensioner) wanted an openview decoder and she was handed a DSTV decoder by the sales lady. She do not know the difference between the decoders and asked if it was an openview decoder. She was told it was the right one. When at home I saw it was a DSTV decoder and told her to take it back and they do not want to swop it for the correct decoder, she had to buy a new openview decoder and she lost her money because of *********** sales people. PEP is the most pathetic shop I have ever been into because even their managers is *********** and cannot even speak proper english.
