Poor Service

i took my phone for repair at Pep Cell on the 26 March 2018. Till to today i haven't received any feedback regarding my phone. every time i go to check the progress on my phone at the store they keep saying its on the way from the repair center. it's been 2 weeks now my phone is still on the way. i called the customer care line and the took my details informing me that the area manager will call me. its been 3 working days now and still no call from the area manager
