poor service

on the 01/04/2018, I have cancelled my lay bay, they promise that they will reverse the money back to my account within 3 day that never happened. I phoned the store they told me that I have to bring the bank statement. after gave them they told me that the money will reflect after 7 days. for me that poor service special from the manager she told me all this thing is front of everybody I felt so bad. I need my money and I don't want to go to that store anymore.
