Poor service

Yesterday I went to pep cell at Mamelodi denlyn Mall which to my surprise they were closing at 14:45. I spoke to the manager there, why are you closing before 15:00? No response just a door slamming, shocking service for pep cell or is it because I'm not in affluent area. If this is how people are been treated there it's truly appalling to say the least.
