poor service

I am a regular customer of pep home at brookside mall,they advertise airtime always available at discounted price,but they never have R5 cell c airtime available,and they say you can lay bye anything,so why you can't lay bye a umbrella according to the staff,their attitude sucks and they don't have any customer service so unfriendly,even told other girl u like R5 airtime,its your business if u purchase R5 airtime why are they complaining,looks like they just don't wanna sell it to us.I also work at brookside mall and they are the only store witoor customer service,ackermans staff are so pleasant at brooksideand always a pleasure to go there.
