Poor Service

The service rendered at Pep Khayelitsha Mall is disgusting. Everyday they claim their system is down for all other services but clothing purchases. I had to return an order I bought there for school clothes because every time I had to courier them they'd tell me system is down I have to come back another time. I went there 3 times before I decided to return the clothes because there's no use of me going up and down with with clothes my child can't utilise.

Rose the manager said they were not going to reboot a PC for me just for my courier she understands I was going there often but she is still advertising I leave and come back another as there is a queue that time each and every time I also join the queue even when I asked for her I was coming from a 35 min queue which they do intentionally because there is only two people operating the till and the rest is galavanting behind them or hide in the store room.

If I was not working in customer services myself I would say I was being difficult but I understood them the 1st and 2nd time but 3 times in one week is not acceptable bare in mind I work night shifts so I have to cut my sleep off only for me to not even get the service I need.
