poor service

I bought a zte phone from per cell. And under 2 two days the phone started giving me battery problems. I took the phone back to the shop and suddenly I am told the guarantee of the phone does not cover the battery. And that I m a **** I should just say I don't want the phone. We customers have a tendency. We like taking advantage. And I will not get my refund. I can go where ever.
