Poor Service

Employees service sucks. I went to PepCell in Palmsring to send the parcel using Paxi and I was told that the plastic are finished. I went to Pepstore in the same mall and they told me their machine just arrived from repair and they are still working on it but I can buy the plastic and go to PepCell to send the parcel. When I get by Pep Cell the manager said to me those people from Pepstore are doing nonsense by selling plastics to customers and send them to their store. I tried to explain why they couldn't help me that side but the man kept on swearing and he even call the store manager of Pepstore to shout at him. This incident happened on the 28/11/2019 and till today I haven't receive any confirmation of parcel being collected from the their store. I believe this might be done purposely. Even the first manager for the same store was having the same attitude towards customers. Most of retail stores, cashiers do have that smile that makes customers to come back to the store but Palmsprings PepCell staff really need a training of how to render service to customers.
