Poor quality products

Bought the Stylo Sirius Tab 8 in November last year. From the very beginning the quality of the tablet concernd me, but I thought I would give it a chance. The quality of sound and picture was not up to scratch but the battery was the worst. Kept getting worse and eventually took it back to Pep for repairs in May. After 2 weeks I eventually got feedback that they were going to replace it with a new one. To my dismay, the new ones battery is even worse than before! As soon as it is charged to 100%, the battery looses power by the minute. Took new one back within 2 days, asking for refund as these tablets are bad quality. To my dismay, after a week the manager phoned to tell me they refuse a refund as I am using apps that are depleting the battery and they already gave me a new one. How on earth can you sell a tablet without warning consumers that it can't accommodate apps! I barely have any apps loaded onto the tablet but they are now blaming me for their inadequate product! I am now stuck with a product that is essentially useless! I would not recommend people to buy Stylo products from Pep as it is bad quality.
