Poor quality product.

I bought a gown about a week ago from pep. The quality is horrible, it leaves lint on literally everything I touch and sit on. I have only worn it twice and my bed sheets are completely covered in the gowns material, it's all over the house and I can't seem to find a way to make it stop. I can't even return it because it's been washed and worn and brushed in an attempt to make it stop pilling. I'm so upset and I've wasted my last money on this gown as a student, and now I'm stuck with a gown I can't even wear!!!
