Poor quality phones and service.

I bought a phone at pep in march 2021, the phone is no longer working. It switched off and does not charge anymore. I took it to a pep store for repairs and they did not repair the phone. The said they can't repair the phone because it has a password. The phone is a Nokia C1 and is still in good condition.
