Poor quality and standards of Pepstores underwear
Good Day
I would like to enquire and request a response in this manner.
PEP who sows you underwear?
I have bought 2 sets of panties on different occasions and all have unravelled.This was new and never even worn. I could not return them and this made me mad.Twice. Imagine.

01 Dec 2021, 13:45Pep response or plans in saving their clientele is horrible. Some lady that referred to herself as the 2IC called me very unprofessionally from number *** and worsened the situation by being utterly rude and confrontational. What's worst, I emailed their Head office and till date no one has responded or even tried to improve the quality of the said product as I went and had a look. Still the same low quality manufactured product. I guess they only care about the capital and not the people.
