Poor Products and service

purchased a pack of 3 wet wipes from pep stores in wynberg.

1. All 3 packs were dried out I am really not happy with this product as i am a client of cuddlesome for years now for both my kids. I have contacted yet received poor service from them.

Could you please see to this matter urgently.
