Poor poor service Pep mobile

Poor service at pep home Berea center, I bought a fine in February. March 15 fone had a problem and it was taken in for repairs the store failed to communicate with me it'd been a month and I have been going to the store with no assistance of whatsoever I need my money back I got that fone for my son to easy communication school holidays when we needed the fone the most we couldn't this whole thing has coated me too much Give me my money back what's the point of having a fone by name I need my money or the fone today
