poor perfomance from management and stuff

Helo l went to Pep store the one opposite to Pick n Pay in Richards Bay. I asked for R29 vodacom bundles, the looked so tired cashier GUGU sold me airtime instead of the data bundles I asked for. Without realising at first I thought I was recharging the bundles but turns out it was airtime. I went back to the shop and showed the other cashier what has happened but he handed me to the manager an African Guy who seem not interested but busy chatting to some lady who ended up interfering on my case, they both had negative attitude towards me, mind u that was not wearing a Pep uniform but told me she is one of the stuff members, when I asked for her name she refused to tell me , she was very rude both with her so called manager. I didn't get help at all I had to use my money again buying what I wanted from the first place. Very disappointing service, I would never enter that pep store ever again! With that manager still there I see nothing but a sinking ship in that store.
