Poor Pep Cell Service

Pathetic service at the Aliwal North Pep Cell store. I bought a Stylo phone and needed an extra battery. They were too lazy to even walk to the counter and spoke to me from inside their office. They had no idea who I could contact at Pep and didn't offer any advice. I reported this to Pep Customer Care and they haven't even bothered replying. How can they sell an item and not stock the accessories?
