Poor etiquette, poor courtesy and lack of respect.

Given a chance to provide half a star, I would have done so gladly.

Today I went to collect my parcel at PEP Cell Newcastle Taxi city. As I got there, I found a young lady name Zinhle at the toll. She didn't invite me to come closer so that she can help me as she was done with a customer who was still loading airtime at the till, obstructing my path.

I then decided to slowly walk up and respectfully greet her. I then told her I was there to collect a parcel. It's the way she spoke to me, like she's speaking to one of her friends, I bet she doesn't even speak to them that way neither nor to her own siblings.

She shouted for her colleague to get my parcel, which she and the colleague started feeling on my parcel guessing what was inside. I was standing there gobsmacked at the level of disrespect and lack of customer service. I took my parcel and thanked her respectfully again, to which she casually responded 'Sho'.

Whatever happened to courtesy and etiquette.

Anyway, I pray you use other PEP Cell stores and not the 1 in Taxi city for collection of your Paxi parcels if you too care about service.

I regret it. Never ever again. Her name is Zinhle. I won't forget.
