Poor disgusting service

I am so disappointed with the poor service I received from to pep today 15:20, I went to withdraw standard bank cash send. The cashier advised that they dont have the amount of R110 and they spoke amongst theyselves saying thta "they are nor reserved bank and people should stop demanding cash withdrawls. I noticed a man who went there to send cash with an amount of +-R400 and I went back to the queue as I was standing at the queue I heard them saying "even if i stand in the queue they wont assist" and indeed when it was my turn the cashier pretended to be doing something on the till then she said the "system is offline". How conviennent hearing them saying they will never assist me with the withdraw then suddenly the system went offline when it was my turn when it wasnt offline two minutes ago or the first time I ask for cash?

Why is it stated on the cash-send, adverts that Pep assist with cash withdrawals if they are not reserve banks? I need feedback urgently as i needed cash to buy bus ticket and that Pep is near Rea vaya bus station. There were two cashiers.
