Poor device Quality

I have bought a Hisense T2 device and it's pathetic it only says show original content when I go on to any website including just to google anything also it takes ages to charge the battery .

I require an urgent refund .

This device was also a display device the last of its model the phone has no damages whatsoever and is just purchased a day ago I require urgent assistance as this is unacceptable devices you guys sell people need to use the internet for things and my work requires a lot of online research I can not be accepting a device this pathetic with poor battery life as well .

I would also like to add I did not have time to examine the device as the store was closing. It was set up by the cashier silindile but I don't blame her she was helpful.
