poor customer srvice

<p>I recently visited pep stores intending to ask to open an account to send money.I waited for the cashier to finish with the customer she was assisting who was in front of me. I then proceeded to the cashier when she had finished serving the other customer.I asked her what l asked her and to my surprise she seemed to be blank and not knowing what I was asking her. She refered me to her superior and the superior to my surprise referred me to the same cashier again.I go back to cashier and she puts up with this moody face ..like what are u saying then i am told to wait in the queque whilst she assists people who were at the back in the queque.I just decided to go out of the store and to my surprise the cashier laughed.</p> <p> </p>
