POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES

I have never been dissapointed by PAXI before but this time I am livid. I was supposed to receive my parcel on 08/06/23, today is the 13th and nothing. Mind you the parcel was sent on the 27th of the previous month, so which ever option (in terms of days) was chosen, the parcel should have arrived by now. I understand there might have been maybe delivery issues, BUT haybo communication?? What makes me more livid is the fact that I called them yesterday and the lady who "assisted" me said the parcel is already in town at the warehouse and that she'll call the courier guy/services and that the response time to me would be 4 hours..4 hours?? anyways 24 hours later, no call. She said I should rate them online, which I obviously rated 0. The guy I called today was more assisting and said I'll get the SMS for collection today. Whether I will get it or not is still a mystery sana.

Overall poor customer services.
