POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - PEP AIRPORT JUNCTION GABORONE

My wife bought a product from PEP in Game City, GABORONE. When we got home she took the item from it's packaging and it was broken. We went to PEP in Airport Junction the following morning closer to home with the Packaging and slip. We were told that they could not assist us in any way, we have to go back all the way to the other Mall, doesn't PEP stores belongs to one group? I was very disappointed with Ray, the guy at Airport Junction. I will NOT support them anymore. Regards J.J. Kleynhans
