Poor customer service, opening times not honored because the Manager can do as she pleases! They don't nerd customers!

Pep Home Diamond Pavillion in Kimberley! Customer services is non existent! The staff feel they can do just what they want and you the customer just have to wait, grin and bear because after all the staff own the shop. Pep needs to train their staff right from manager that they are employed because customers shop there! What is the use of the shop being there to give people jobs but customers don't shop there because of the poor service! Opening times of the shop is advertised but the shop only opens when the manager feels like it! They see customers waiting outside, but why bother about customer the shop belongs to them and they don't need customers! I live close to Diamond Pavillion but going forward I will drive a few kilometers further where customers are treated better!
