Poor customer service, Meyerton pep home cellphones

Poor customer service. I bought a phone at meyerton pep home on 09 August 2022 and 2 weeks later it was dysfunctional. I took it back on 27 August 2022 and was told that it was going to take about 4 to 6 weeks to repair. Today 09 October 2022 marks 6 weeks and I was told that I should wait 2 more weeks as it 4 to 8 weeks to repair, what nonsense is this
