Poor customer service from George Pep Paxi service

I paid for a 3 day paxi parcel and dropped it off at George PEP on the 19th of June. The parcel has been collected but nithing else has happened. It has been 12 days and the package has still not arrived in Vanderbijlpark and I paid for a 3 day delivery. I tried following up with Pep George but they just say they can't help me. According to the tracking, it has only been collectee at George Pep and thats all. The tracking number is D***
