POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER BY PEP STORE

I went to a PEP Store in Rustenburg - Branch Code 0479, at 09:10 the store was still not open, but the staff was inside the store, chatting, when I finally knocked on the door, only then the shop was open, but I was then told , by one of staff member that, they will open the store only when they themselves are ready, I felt so disrespected as a customer to be told those words and to make things worse, once the shop was open, 70% of the staff was making noise, singing so loud like they were in a bar or something, the security personnel was sitting on the stairs listening to music on his phone, others were just intentionally making noise to spite me. Come time to pay, there 2 cashiers, but when it was my time to pay, the other cashier gave me a nasty look and deliberately left her till, just so that, she does not help me. WOW Pep stores, you need to train your staff to respect customers, they have a salary because of customers, maybe you need to remind them.
