Poor customer service

I had a very bad service today @PEP HOME, shop number 5718 Mayfield Square Daveyton. The cashier (NOMAZWI) was very cold and rude towards me for no reason, her attitude stinks she made me feel useless or stupid as if I was a begger or just a nonentity. I'm honestly not happy about the treatment I received as a paying customer. Should I be treated so bad for requesting laybye RTS reclaim? She had the audacity to tell me that I let the laybye lapse on purpose 🙄She couldn't even hand me my money sh put it down on the counter like I have a contagious disease and said"nayi imali yakho "I also bought bowls and the way she packaged them you could see ukuthi umane uyenza nje. Very poor service for such a great store 👎👎👎👎👎
