Poor customer service by Lisa

<p> Disappointed by the service i received from 8356-Umtata Pep Store as i was looking for white golfers and a red short for a boy, i asked the sales assistance for these items she just point the department. This sales assistance by the name of Lisa was chit-chatting with a friend that's why she didn't care about me... I told her that's not a right way to treat customers, and she gave me that attitude "show me how to treat customers then" that was her response.... Lisa knows nothing about customer service she's not a Dynamo and she's forgetting one thing that customers are the ones paying her at the end of the day. Because of Lisa i would never recommend 8356-Umtata Pep Store to any of my friends and family as a place to shop.</p>
