Poor customer service by cashier named Ruth

cashier named Ruth at PEP CELL KHAYELITSHA MALL told me that I was standing in the wrong queue and that I needed to start again from the back. Mind you I’m nine months heavily pregnant and despite a gentleman kindly offering to let me go before him after she said I must go at the back of the queue, she still refused to assist me instead, she just stood there and glared at me eventually assisted me with an attitude.
