Poor customer service

I recently purchased a bedding set from PEP Brackenfell Hypermarket and was later informed that the parcel package damaged due to overpacking. When I visited the store, Zizi assisted me in a calm and professional manner, which I truly appreciated. However, when the matter was escalated to the supervisor, Vuyiswa, I was disappointed by her rude and unprofessional attitude. It was disheartening to receive such service from a supervisor while a junior staff member showed excellent professionalism. Kindly address this matter, as good customer service is very important.
