Poor customer service at Pep Kagiso Mall branch

Bought a DSTV HD at Kagiso Pep store 2nd week of June 2022 , the price included in installation. Days passed waiting for the installer, even sent my brother to the store several times to ask about the installer's whereabouts. Month passed then I sent an email to customer care that promised that the area manager will give me a call. Even today am still waiting for the call, I emailed them again on the 29th of August, guess what? They haven't responded bto my mail.

Am not sure what to do now but what I definitely know is that I don't see myself buying at the store. The attitude of staff members and the treatment I got from their seniors says a lot
