Poor customer service at PEP Greenacres, PE.

Good day

I was so embarrassed on Friday 26 May 2023. Went to pep in Greenacres Port Elizabeth. While cashier named Pamela was busy with me another staff member put an item with a R20 on the counter. When I was done putting my purse and slips in my bag she ask me what happened to the R20 that was on the counter just now. The way she ask was like I took it so I rep**** I have no idea and then she shout to the other one that's on the floor the money is gone now. The queue was so long and I could feel how hot my whole face became. Now the other one is looking through my parcel and this Pamela talking xhosa to the friend said but this customer paid her account now R620 and now the R20 is missing so I took my money out of my bag to show her I knew I had 2 x R20 in my bag that's why I gave her the correct amount. After a while she looked down again and there the money was on the floor on her side. She did not even apologize or something I was just so embarrassed that I was speechless just took my stuff and leave.
