Poor customer service at pep cell tembi mall

Bought a cell phone last week at pep cell tembi mall and now the phone is flickering went back to report it but couldn't get assistance cause they say they don't see anything wrong am stuck with a flickering phone cause the manager carly says she can't see anything wrong with a flickering phone which was bought less than a week ago
