Poor customer service and misleading information

So I went to Pep stores to make a layby for my son's school uniform. I took 5 shirts, shoes, socks and a windbreaker, and to my surprise, the cashier told me that she can't help me unless I take more "big" staff cus the laybys get lost there. Why would I take stuff I don't need? Why don't you guys close the layby if you know you'll tell us nonsense? I'm very disgusted with your service at Pep Stores in Flagstaff P0737
