Poor Customer service

I called twice today and i even ran out of airtime trying to locate my parcel. A parcel that dropped on the 12th of June and was suppose to take 3 to 5 days. Till today it hasn't arrived and my daughter is being left behind with her school work. I'm so unhappy and frustrated by this incompetence.
