Poor customer service

I visited PEP at mfuleni not bluedowns but mfuleni i was busy looking at black bras and already there were bras lying on the floor, this coloured lady comes and asked me to pick it up wen i didnt even drop the bras we had a fight because she was running her month she was very rude and i could pick up she is used to it and no one reported because most people that go there are uneducated and they ddnt know their rights so she took advantage we argued until i requested for ha manager when manager came she seemed not interested she just wanted to get it over and done with what you guys dont know is i know my rights so i will fight this till the end because employees from that pep dont understand the importance of retaining customers and the fact that salaries comes from us so we deserve the most mistake i want proof of what disciplinary measures has been taken against this employee if not i will take it further that lady does not deserve employment she is extremely rude.
