Poor customer service

I went to Pep store in Lotus Gardens today and I was not pleased with the manner in which the cashier lady by the name of Tshegofatso addresses customers. She's is very rude and disrespectful. You don't talk to customers as if you don't care if they leave the store or not! She treats customers as if she's doing them a favour by helping them. Please enroll her for customer service courses because she definitely needs one.
