Poor customer service

I bought a phone at the pep cell store at mall of the south on the 13/10/2022.The phone was a OBF, my query was submit the same day requesting a refund but to date no credit has been processed to me. I’ve sent numerous e mails, I’ve wasted fuel travel back and forth from store to repair centre but still no credit has take place.The year is now 2023 and I’m still having no joy with this organisation.
