Poor Customer Service

Hi. I bought Milkshake sweets on the 12th of February 2025 that are currently on promotion and when I went in store yesterday which was the 14th of February 2025 the staff didn’t want to sell me the sweets as I wanted to buy 6 for my kids for Valentines. I requested for the manager who they called (Mlangeni) and the manager said the promotion ended yesterday,on the 14th of January at 12pm which didn’t make sense to me because the promotion board was still there unless they didn’t do their job which was to remove the promotional board since it had no start and end date. The manager made me feel otherwise because he kept on telling me that the sweets that were on promotion where the other Lekker Sweets and not the Milkshakes I wanted of which was a lie because I always buy the sweets! I am so disappointed by the manager since my kids couldn’t get the sweets as part of their Valentine’s special all because of him and his lies,I felt like I was taken for a fool because if I see the promotional price I believe it’s my right to get the advertised product at the said price! I still want the sweets with the price I saw and won’t be setting my feet in any of your stores until this has been sorted!!! This was in PEP Clothing Middelburg that’s by OR Tambo street.
