Poor customer service

I had a laybye at pep home jabulani mall, unfortunately the mall was looted during the Civil unrest, the store has since opened and made no attempts to contact customers. I have sent them about 7 emails in total to one I was told to get a police affidavit, then the second I was told to be compassionate after that u never received any response to my emails , I tried calling the store on thier number ***,the phone rings nobody answers. I had a laybye at a mr price store at the same mall made on the same day, soon after the unrest I was sent an sms to go and collect my money at a store that is opened as the goods have been lost. So clearly pep home jabulani mall does not care about clients, thier service is terrible.
