Poor Customer service

Poor customer service from the lady by the name Thembisile at Pep northmead mall.

I was at the store around 16:26 04 September 2019. To exchange two pants for my daughter to a big size when I got to the later, the lady had an attitude. when she gave me the slip to write my details for the exchange, I captured the best I could and had forgotten the street name when she loudly said stand on the side when I assist someone else.

I am not happy about that behavior and feel she should not deal with customers.
