Poor customer service

I went pep stores in monument street krugersdorp, since i forgot my pin number for my new pep money card as it comes with the pre- set pin number, i asked the gentleman who works in the store to assist me and he told me i must check at the back of my card the number that i must call, so i asked if its possible for them to assist me in making a call since i didn't have airtime or money as i needed to withdraw with my pep card but he refused, i begged and begged and he told me that they will check the telephone bill and see that he allowed me to call and he will be in trouble for that i then left, but i am very dissappointed at this kind of service as i needed some money for a taxi and i did not ask the gentleman to ***** for me.
