Poor customer service.

On Sunday 08 April 2018 , I popped in at PEP stores in Erica Square, Belhar. I was looking for a grey school pants for my son. The sales consultants were firstly very unfriendly and ignored me completely when I requested some assistance. They did not have his size on the shelf and asked the female consultant if they don't perhaps have any in the storeroom. Thinking she went to check I waited like a fool, just to realize she was in the isle next to me.The male consultant came past me and when I asked him, he just politely said, "no we don't have". No offer to check on the system, no interest in helping me at all. I left the shop very disappointed. This is not the first time I received such poor service from the sales consultants, I let it go in the past, but I will surely not put my foot back in that store.
