POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day.

Today, 8 June 2026 I wanted to return a purchase I made at Pep Kalahari Mall. From my knowledge, you can return any items at ane Pep regardless of where you bought it from.

Firstly I was at Pep at Pick n Pay UPINGTON ....the lady did'nt even greet me properly and just told me they don't have money.

Then I went to the Pep in next to Studio 88 ...they also told me the same thing.

I do not care what the excuse is....I want to return the items and get back my money!!!!

This is not the first time I had a run in with Pep...what kind of people do they have working there?

I am deeply dissappointed in this pathetic customer service!!
