Poor customer service 😡😡

I actually want to rate the Pep cell store, but I take it this will have a negative effect on the whole Pep group aswell..My dad and I went to the store on 27th November 2023 and purchased a Stylo tatium phone.. Before we purchased the phone the display stated that you get free airtime when you purchase. We bought the phone and then left.. I figured the airtime would be loaded automatically. We checked but nothing was loaded. We went back to the store and asked for the airtime the cashier said that she had forgot to load the airtime when she rung the sale off.. We argued, because that was her mistake and we wanted what the displayed said. She spoke to her supervisor and the supervisor said that there's nothing that they can do coz the cashier made the mistake, but neither of them wanted to rectify the mistake.. Which to me was poor service. The customer gets what he sees but in this case no one wanted to help us or make sure that we go out of the store satisfied. I am very upset and I feel like when it comes to working in retail you have to choose carefully who you employ. Not everyone is made to deal correctly with customers 😑😡😡😡😡
