Poor Customer sercive,Rude Casheir.

worst customer service in my life, this morning at 10:38 i bought airtime 2 mtn R10 and payed R20 at PEPSTORES in PMB Southgate mall. i gave the casheir R20 and my change was supposed to be 40cents gave the lady by the name o Ntombifuthi the money,she then closed the till without saying anything to me. I then told her that i was waiting for my 40cents change,she tells me ukuthi akanawo u 40cents, i said she has to give me the 40cents i need t, i got the most rudest response if my life enze njani ke yena ngoba akanawo u 40cents with so much attitude and rudeness. I then asked her why is she being rude, why does she make it seem as if 40cents is not a big deal even worse she didnt even explain to me at the begining that she doesnt hv the change untill i asked for it..hee it gets worse she then call he co-work Nomfundo to open the other till and give me my change and she says Akazwani nesicefe yena eksen, Nomfundo also responds with so much disrespect asking how much is the change,Ntombifuthi says its 40cents Nomfundo says hawu kanti its only 40cents and opens her till and throws the 40cents on the till counter as if it im stupid for asking for it. i wonder how many 40cents they do not give to customers and not even bother to explain the reason. all in all i was so disrepected by both ladies infront of my Husband,if the 40cents is nothing to them to me its money and i deserve any explanation if there is a problem with change even if its 10cents its mine, bad bad customer service ni respect at all....
