Poor customer

Hi 👋 all I took my phone for repairs @ PEP store in Randburg square next to Shoprite,Nd was welcomed by dis ungrateful nd rude ladies wu weren't willing to help me nd guess what one of dem it's da store manager!!i bought dis phone in January on the very same store, i was told about the POP of which i didn't have i told dem i must have misplaced my receipt where i don't know,nd i asked if dey don't keep any records after selling phones cash nd da answer i got didn't even come out in a nice manner i forgot the name of the manager but i still remember da other lady it's Mulalo,i wasn't even asked what's wrong with da phone da only thing i was told is m wasting my time cz dey won't fix my phone nd it would be returned unfixed cz i don't have da POP,i m nt a happy customer @ all about da level of service i received from dose ladies my phone is freezing like u have to wait for a minute or so to open up the apps,wen someone is calling me i can't answer or c wus calling it only vibrates i mean dis phone is giving me serious problems it's like my life is stucked cz i won't even say i have a phone dis phone is bull so please guys can someone do something about my situation more especially dose two rude ladies dey didn't even show remorse wen i asked dem about their names like dey didn't even care... please guys do something about dis i need my phone fixed dts all m asking for.
