poor custermer service

I went to pep store at phakamile mabija street in Kimberley to purchase a Sim card and to pay my outstanding capfin loan balance.at the till point I met with a cashier by the name of essay.instead of her been polite n helpfull she was rude,she could have just explain the procedures of paying capfin over the counter and not to shout at me saying I'm taking for ever to hand over my proof of residential to buy the Sim card.I don't think she deserves to be serving customers.as for me I won't be shopping at pep store in phakamile mabija street next geen n richard furniture store in Kimberley
